The Challenge

Wallara’s digital presence needed to support disability services, employment, accommodation, social enterprises, fundraising, partnerships and community engagement.

The challenge was to simplify a complex ecosystem, create clearer user journeys and connect the website more effectively with CRM and internal workflows.

The Approach

I worked across discovery, business requirements and tendering before continuing through UX, design, development and launch.

My role included restructuring the information architecture, developing accessible content, defining customer journeys, designing forms for CRM data capture, coordinating technical requirements and managing detailed website QA.

The focus throughout was on creating a digital experience built around user needs rather than internal organisational structure.
